Your Shopify catalog, answering for itself.

Paste your store address and the agent can search your live catalog, check what's actually in stock, and build a cart inside the chat. There is nothing to install and no key to copy.

The bot doesn't guess about your store. It looks.

“Do you have this in my size” and “what goes with this” are a large share of a store's chat volume, and the answers already live in your catalog. The agent reads it live, so it recommends things you genuinely sell and have in stock rather than inventing a product that sounds plausible.

The connection is your storefront address and nothing else. Shopify's storefront endpoints are public, so there is no OAuth screen, no API key, and no app to approve. Deeper actions that touch customer data, like order lookup, need our Shopify app, which is currently in private beta.

One field, no install.

01

Copy your store address

The myshopify.com domain, or whatever your storefront runs on. That is the whole credential.

02

Paste it in

Open the Shopify Storefront tool in the builder and paste the address. We check the connection before saving it, so a typo fails immediately rather than quietly.

03

Choose what it can do

Product suggestions and add-to-cart are separate switches. Add-to-cart is off until you turn it on.

Order lookup, order history, and discount codes need the Hey Support Shopify app, which is in private beta while Shopify reviews our access to protected customer data. Ask us and we'll set you up.

Status, items, and tracking by order number or email. Part of the app install, in private beta.

Issue a discount code

One-time codes generated in the chat, with anything above your threshold waiting for approval. Part of the app install, in private beta.

Shopify questions, answered
