• Connect with Facebook from the Deploy page. Pick WhatsApp under Messaging channels, choose a new number or the one already in your WhatsApp Business app, and finish the steps in the Facebook window. No need to wait for our team.
• Keep your WhatsApp Business app. Connect the number you already use and keep replying from your phone. Your replies show in the inbox, and the agent pauses on that chat so you don't both answer. You can bring in the last 6 months of chats and your contacts when you connect.
• Templates after 24 hours. WhatsApp only lets a business reply freely for 24 hours after a customer's last message. After that, the inbox offers your approved templates instead of a blank reply box.

Visitor Actions are now Quick links#

One place to give your agent a link, up to five of them, and a new line that tells the agent what each link is for.

• A new "When to share it" line, just for your agent. Your agent can't open your links, and a share link like canva.com/design/… tells it nothing. Say what's behind the link and which questions it answers, and the agent knows when to offer it. The line under the button text on the card is now called the subtitle, and it stays visitor copy.
• Up to five links, up from three: a lookbook, a pricing page, a brochure, a WhatsApp chat, your team's email or phone.
• One place for links. Knowledge's Quick link moved here, so Capabilities → Quick links is now where every link your agent shares lives. Anything you had set up carried over, and every card looks exactly as it did.

A chat button with some personality#

The button in the corner of your site is the first thing a visitor sees of your agent. You can now pick one of four kinds, from a clean icon to a small character that looks back at your visitors.

• Mark is a clean icon on a disc, in eight shapes, still or gently animated. Aura is colour that moves on its own, in six styles. Companion is a small character that blinks, glances around and turns to look at the visitor's cursor. Orb is a cloud of particles that thinks, in nine patterns.
• Every style can wear your brand colour or its own palette, in three sizes, and all of them sit still for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
• Pick one from a gallery under Experience → Launcher, and watch it on a live preview before you save.

Scheduling on your own calendar, for everyone#

Connect Google Calendar or Cal.com and your agent books real meetings from the chat — reading your live availability, sending the invite, and never asking a visitor for details twice.

• Google Calendar and Cal.com are open to every account. Connect one from Capabilities → Book a meeting, pick the meeting type, and the agent reads your real availability, books onto your calendar with a Meet link, and reschedules or cancels when the visitor asks. Google finished verifying our calendar access, which is what was holding it back.
• Booking starts with the picker, not a questionnaire. When a visitor wants to meet, the agent shows dates and times right away and asks for a name and email once, at the end — or not at all, if it already knows them. Say "Thursday at 3?" and the times nearest to that come first.
• A pinned "Book a meeting" chip now sits at the end of your suggested prompts whenever booking is on, so the fastest path to a meeting is one tap. Rename or hide it from Experience → First impression.

A new agent in two questions#

Creating an agent now asks for your website and what kind of business you run, then gets to work while you watch.

• Type your website and we check it right away, name your agent after your business, and suggest the right tools for your kind of business: a shop, software, bookings, property, services or something else.
• While your agent reads your site, you see each page it learns from as it arrives, and it tells you plainly when it is ready to answer.
• A short checklist then shows what is working and what still needs a minute of setup, one tap from each step. The Today page reminds you until it is done.

The chat button says what it does#

A small round button in the corner is easy to miss. It now carries a short label beside it, so visitors know there is someone to ask before they have to guess.

• Every launcher now shows a label, "Chat with AI" by default, shown in the language your widget speaks.
• Write your own (up to 40 characters), or switch the label off to keep the bare button.
• The label takes on your widget's style, including the frosted Glass look, and on a phone it shortens neatly instead of covering the page.

Asking for a person always ends somewhere#

When a visitor asks for a human, they now always get an answer, whether or not someone on your team is free.

• If nobody joins within five minutes, your agent steps back in with a friendly note in the visitor's language, and the request stays in your queue so anyone can still pick it up.
• A new request pops up on screen with Take over and Decline right on it, with a chime, and a desktop notification when the tab is in the background if you allow them. Declining sends the visitor a kind message, not silence.
• Visitors meet the person who joins by first name ("With Priya · Live"), and every screen, yours and theirs, tells the same story about where the conversation stands. Live chat is on Growth and up; handing off by email works on every plan.

Your agent asks for details the way a person would#

Instead of putting a form in front of a question, your agent answers first, finds out what the visitor needs, and asks for contact details in the conversation, one at a time.

• Ask about pricing and you get the price, not a form. The agent asks for a name or email only when it helps, and says why.
• Anything a visitor shares becomes a lead on its own, with what they were looking for attached, and your team hears about it once.
• The form still appears when a visitor asks to be contacted, and if someone corrects their email halfway through, the lead is corrected too.

Custom buttons are now Visitor Actions#

Give your agent up to three next steps a visitor can take in one tap — open a page, email the team, call a number — and let it decide when to offer one.

• Set up an action in four fields: a name, what it does, an optional one-line description, and an icon. No timing rules to write — the agent reads the conversation and offers an action only when it is the obvious next step.
• Three kinds, kept deliberately simple: open a page, email the team, call a number. Email and call now open in place, without a stray tab.
• Everything you had configured as Custom buttons carried over. The preview beside the editor shows the action you are editing inside a real conversation.

GST invoices for India#

Every Indian charge now produces a proper GST tax invoice, issued and emailed on its own.

• Add your GSTIN and it appears on the invoice, so the tax is claimable.
• Place of supply is captured before you pay, so the right tax applies the first time.

Fifteen days of Growth, no card#

Every new workspace starts on the full Growth plan for fifteen days, and what happens afterwards was designed around not breaking your site.

• No card to enter, and nothing renews on its own.
• If you do not upgrade, nothing is deleted. Whatever is over the free limits pauses, and comes back the moment you pay.

Your widget only runs where you say#

The domain allowlist is now enforced by the browser itself, rather than by our script choosing to behave.

• A page that is not on your list cannot embed your agent at all, however it tries.
• Leave the list empty and nothing changes: it runs anywhere, as before.

The Voice Assistant starts speaking sooner#

Replies now begin as the audio is being generated rather than after it, and the agent says what it is doing while it works.

• Roughly twice as fast to the first spoken word on a long reply.
• Searching a catalogue or checking a calendar is now spoken aloud instead of silence.

A first agent that has actually read your site#

Setup now reads your homepage and the pages people ask about, then tells you what is worth adding next.

• About, shipping, returns, FAQ and contact, rather than the first pages a sitemap happens to list.
• A store we detect connects itself, so the agent can answer about real products from the first conversation.

Shopify, as a real app#

The Shopify integration became a proper embedded app that installs and runs inside your Shopify admin.

• Set the agent up without leaving Shopify, and bill through Shopify.
• Products, cart and orders available to the agent as it answers.

AI Actions became a console#

Every action your agent can take now has its own page: what the AI sees, a bench to test it on, and a log of every time it ran.

• Start from a template or paste a cURL command instead of a blank form.
• See the exact request before it goes anywhere near a customer.

An Android app, and a push when someone is waiting#

Take a conversation over and reply from your phone, with a notification the moment a visitor asks for a person.

• Live on Google Play today. iOS is in build.
• The badge counts only the conversations genuinely waiting on you.

• A headline that says it plainly, like "3 conversations need you" or "All caught up", with the replies waiting, approvals, live chats and today's new leads right below, each one tap from the conversations behind it.
• Today's meetings, the questions your agent could not answer this week, and who is on your site right now, all on one screen.
• If something would stop your agent working, like no knowledge yet or the agent being paused, it says so in a sentence with the fix beside it.

WordPress, in one click#

Press Connect in WordPress, pick your agent, and you are done. No IDs copied between two products.

• Your site proves who it is during the handshake, so nobody can connect an agent on your behalf.
• A rebuilt settings screen, with a disconnect button that previously did not exist.

India can pay#

Indian customers now subscribe over UPI AutoPay, in rupees, on a mandate that Indian banking rules actually allow.

• Prices shown in rupees, with GST stated separately rather than buried.
• Plan changes, cancellation and invoices all work exactly as they do everywhere else.

Documentation, rebuilt in four parts#

Guides, API reference, webhooks and build, with the API reference generated from the API itself.

• The reference cannot drift from the endpoints, because it is written from them.
• Every page is a URL you can send a teammate.

Tightened underneath, and watched from outside#

A pass over database access so nothing answers a caller that should never reach it, plus health checks that tell us before you have to.

• Every internal database routine now refuses anonymous callers outright.
• Sign-in, chat and voice are monitored separately, so one being slow is not reported as everything being down.

Every chat says it is with an AI#

The EU AI Act now asks that people know when they are talking to AI. Your widget tells them, so you do not have to remember to.

• An "AI assistant" note sits under your agent's name in every conversation, in all 28 widget languages. There is no setting that hides it, so it cannot be switched off by accident.
• When someone from your team takes over, it changes to show a person is here, because saying AI would no longer be true.
• Your own consent notice, if you add one, stays on screen until the visitor dismisses it.

The Inbox, rebuilt from the ground up#

The place your team spends its day is faster, calmer and easier to read, even with thousands of conversations.

• Conversations load in pages and update live as messages arrive, so the list stays quick however busy you get.
• Each row leads with the person, their name, email or city, and the thread shows what matters now in one line instead of a stack of banners.
• Your own replies appear in your brand colour, so you can see at a glance where you last stepped in.

See who is on your site right now#

Live visitors now shows everyone browsing your site in real time, on a map, including people who have not typed a word yet.

• Visitors are grouped by what matters: waiting for you, talking to your agent, or just browsing, with the page each one is looking at.
• A calm map shows where they are joining from, so a quiet afternoon and a busy launch day look different at a glance.
• Take over any conversation from the board and you land straight in it in the Inbox, and if two teammates click at once, only one gets it.

Your widget speaks 28 languages#

Choose your agent's language once and everything a visitor sees follows it: the greeting, the buttons, the forms and the error messages.

• One setting covers both the widget itself and how your agent replies, in 28 languages, including right-to-left Arabic and Hebrew.
• Your agent still answers a visitor in their own language when they clearly write in one, and stays in yours when a message just contains a foreign name or a currency sign.
• Dates, times and counts read naturally in each language, not as translated English.

Widget themes, cut down to three#

Three presets, each in light and dark, with one brand colour deriving everything else.

• Pick a single colour and every surface follows it, with readable text guaranteed rather than hoped for.

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OpenDocument, RTF and EPUB all go straight into your agent's knowledge.

• Headings survive the conversion, so answers cite the right section rather than the right file.

Better answers from the site you already gave us#

We measured what our crawler was actually storing, found it thick with repeated page furniture, and fixed it at both ends.

• Menus, banners and filter sidebars are stored once, not once per page.
• A page that returns nothing readable now says so instead of counting as a source.

Every question your agent could not answer#

The questions that came back blank now collect into a queue you can work through, with a draft answer waiting for each one.
