Integrations overview

Integrations connect Hey Support to the other tools you run: your store, your CRM, your team chat, your automation stack. There are two sides to it, and keeping them straight makes everything easier.

Connect in, route out

Three places, split by what each one decides.

Connections is where you authorize an app for your whole workspace, once. This is the front door: you connect Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, or Slack here, and it stays connected for every agent in the workspace. It is also where you choose which agents each connected store powers. Find it under Settings, Connections.
Capabilities on each agent is where you decide what that agent does with a connected app: show live products, book a meeting, hand off to a human.
Team alerts on each agent is where that agent's activity goes out to your team: which Slack channel, which email address, which webhook. Find it at the bottom of the agent's Deploy page.

The short version: connect an app once in the workspace, switch it on per agent, then choose where the resulting activity lands. A store you connect once can power several agents.

What you can connect

Messaging channels: Telegram (live), and WhatsApp (live, connected with our team's help while it rolls out). Messenger and Instagram are on the way. These live on each agent's Deploy page, beside the embed snippet, because they are another way for people to reach the agent.
Team alerts: Slack, email, and outbound webhooks, with Discord, Twilio, and Zoho CRM on the way.
E-commerce: Shopify and WooCommerce.
CRM and support: HubSpot, with others coming.
Automation: Zapier and the public API.
