We send a 1099 to US affiliates at year-end. Non-US affiliates handle their own tax reporting per local rules.

If you build, configure, and manage chatbots for your clients, the agency partner program is the better fit: white label, custom widget domain, twenty to thirty percent recurring on managed accounts, and co-marketing once you're up and running.
